Bakuchiol
Much like retinol, bakuchiol triggers the genetic pathway in skin cells to create several types of collagen that are vital in skin health and anti-aging.
*Edelweiss Extract
Edelweiss extracts have a high concentration of flavonoids and phenolic acid that aid in fighting UV-induced damage. The flower has a high concentration of Leontopodic acids A and B which have antioxidant properties. They stimulate increased production of hyaluronic acid and prevent collagen degradation, thus reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Squalane
Squalene is found naturally in the sebum of human skin and is believed to lubricate and protect the skin. It is an elegant emollient with exceptional spreading properties and skin absorption. Most importantly, squalane helps protect your skin from the free radicals that can cause age spots and premature aging. It may even help fade dark pigment over time.
